Corporate Strategic Development

Typical content surrounds:


  • Observe your organization from the ground level up and ask questions.


  • Understand current performance via data mining, metrics and financials.


  • Clarify vision, values and mission with written and visual aids.


  • Understand your leadership team's capabilities and performance via evaluative instruments, 360 tools and observation as required. We follow up with a complete assessment report and recommend action plan.


  • Update corporate metrics and create an operational "next steps" plan. This is the real output of this deliverable and creates a thorough plan with specific  recommended steps, methods and tools to be used.


  • Typically priced as a project, or bills hourly at $200/hr.


Leadership Coaching

Often follows "Corporate Strategic Development":


  • Our one-hundred plus years in collective leadership experience means we have dealt with many of the challenges you are facing and can help you navigate through them with outside perspective and the wisdom of having "been there".


  • These are individual, often ongoing, conversations where we act as a guide and advice coach. We will be your sounding board and in some cases your conscience. These are very confidential conversations and can be on-site or via phone.


  • Typically bills hourly at $200/hr or a set fee per month.
